KUALA LUMPUR (April 18): Financial management software solution provider Censof Holdings Bhd has secured a RM5.97 million project to develop a unit trust management system for Pelaburan Hartanah Bhd (PHB).
This follows the acceptance of a letter of intent that Censof had received from PHB eight months ago.
In a bourse filing on Tuesday (April 18), Censof said its wholly owned subsidiary Century Software (M) Sdn Bhd (CSM) had on Tuesday accepted the letter of award (LOA) from PHB as application vendor for the project. PHB is the real estate investment holding arm of Yayasan Amanah Hartanah Bumiputera.
It added that the whole project will be completed within 12 months from the commencement date, which will be determined and agreed between PHB and CSM in writing. “The LOA is not expected to have any material effect on the earnings per share of the company for the financial year ending March 31, 2024,” said Censof.
Censof shares closed unchanged at 25 sen on Tuesday, giving it a market capitalisation of RM138.07 million.
